1. Warranty Coverage:

• This warranty covers the software or file provided for the AdBlue delete service.

• The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the file, ensuring that the tune remains effective and functional.

2. Warranty Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover any physical issues or failures related to the vehicle’s AdBlue hardware components.

• The warranty is void if the file is altered, if unauthorized modifications are made, or if the vehicle receives a software update from a dealership or manufacturer.

• If a dealership or manufacturer update wipes the AdBlue delete file, the warranty will be voided. In such cases, the customer must return to R3MAP to have the AdBlue delete file reprogrammed, and this will incur additional costs.

3. Claim Process:

• To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact R3MAP and provide proof of the original service.

• R3MAP will provide an updated or reissued file at no additional cost if the original file becomes ineffective, provided the warranty is still valid.

4. Limitations of Liability:

• R3MAP’s liability under this warranty is limited to the provision of the updated file.

• R3MAP is not responsible for any other damages or issues beyond the software itself.
